I'm going to say Sasuke was talking about Naruto because they fight all the time and Naruto is really carefree kind uy wuy who actually has the tendency to change moods very quickly but if it isn't then I at least gave it my best shot of and if you do continue this I would really like to read more this is really really really really really gooooooooooooood. Oh and if it isn't them can you tell me who it is. Did I mention how much I really really really liked this story.

It's so sad...
At the beginning I thought it might have been Naruto talking about Sasuke with the rival deals, but I can't even imagine Sasuke crying to Naruto so then Sasuke talking about Naruto. Naruto has the carefree nature and the blue eyes, in fact from what I can tell he's the only one with blue eyes. So then the whole 'rivals' thing was defnately Sasuke talking about Naruto.
