I read this story years ago, before we had even heard of Akatsuki in the manga. I read it and absolutely adored it. I bookmarked it, then we were forced to wipe our computer. Since then I had been searching for it on and off when I had extra time. I just rediscovered it recently and reread it. I enjoyed it more this time than I did the first. Thank you for writing this amazing story and posting it for others to read.

WOW! I must say, this story is very good...I'm only at chapter 3 and you ACTUALLY made me cry! It takes a lot to do that! I've read ones that made my eyes water, but this one actually caused tears to fall...so in my book, this is an excellent story so far. One thing though, I noticed alot of typo's in the first three chapters. I'm not sure if it happens when you post it or what, but if you don't have a beta u might wanna consider one, if you have one then it doesn't hurt to have another one, anyway, I am looking forward to reading more!

The story was good. I wasn't into it at first, but it hooked me. The only thing I didn't like about the story was that the ending seemed....rushed. There are still unanswered questions, the main one being that there was obviously a little more something between Kakashi and Sakura, so why wasn't it explained in slightly more detail? Also, there are a lot of broken html codes scattered throughout the story...could you fix those? It might be a better read for those who wish to in the future.

oh wow i dont know how long ago you wrote this but its really good i actually cried (first time crying for a fanfiction) an thats just on chapter three im almost afraid to go on

ooo my god! that was sooo sad! i swear i cried in the beginning...probably cuz i partly feel like that alot...o well...i luv the whole butterfly thing...and i wanted 2 see the pic on mediaminer.org but it wouldn't go for me and when i looked at ur pix it said it wasn't in there...so i was wonderin if u could like e-mail it 2 me cuz i wanted 2 see it really badly! lol...but i truly love this story...it's sad and happy and absolutely perfect...great job! ^_^

I just finished reading "The Butterfly" all in one fell swoop and have to say I thoroughly enjoyed it. It is not a story that I have seen or thought of before for the Naruto universe. I think you did an excellent job with it. There were occasional typos (some I'm sure were due to AFF rather than you), but overall spelling and grammar were very good. I look forward to reading other stories from you.
