I have to say, when I saw "Epilogue" instead of just "chapter 48" I was quite sad because I've enjoyed your fic immensely. I was very happy with the ending and the whole fic in general. I really loved the pairings and characterization. Before this fic, I was really only reading SasuNaru, but I decided to check this fic out and I fell in love with your pairing of ShikaNaru mainly. Its definitely one of my all-time favorite Naruto fics. And I really agree with you on what you said in the author's note about the Naruto canon. Konoha really is very messed up with how they deal with situations and people, etc. So I just want to say thank you for all your hard work and dedication. I'm sad to see this end but I wish you luck with any future fics you may decide to write and if its in the Naruto fandom (or a few other fandoms I read ^^) I'll be sure to check it out.

I'm sorry the story ended, but it had a good ending. It was a really good fic, I'm hoping I can develop a story like that. Keep on writing.

Yeah, I agree with the fact that Konoha is not the perfect little place it is made out to be. Neji's slavery bothered me a lot, and the thing that really got me hooked on the fic was the fact that he went off with Sasuke to escape it all and change things, not just sit around and take it, which I feel would be out of his character. I was a little iffy on Gaara x Hinata at first, because to be honest, it was the first time I had run into that paring, but it really grew on me. I'm happy with how long the story was, and still I feel like I want more, lol. It's great that there seems to be some steps towards making changes in Konoha, though how they turn out I guess is up to the reader.

Finally finished!! ^-^

I'm going to miss this story though. x_x;
