man! i freakin love your updates. my eyes started watering up at the last part where naruto goes, "sasuke, i'm afraid.." and everything turned red. man! man! man! please continue soon!!! i LOVE YOU! YOU'RE AWESOM!!!!

oh man, that is just cruel. How could you just leave it like that, and we all know that it will be a month b4 you update again. But anyhoo, keep up the good work and update A.S.A.P.

There are no words to describe how much I love this fic. Really and truly. The characterization is superb, the story concept is gripping (and heartbreaking), and . . . Naruto and Sasuke. Here, they've been dead inside for years and the likelihood of physical death seems pretty good for one or both of them before this is over . . . but it seems to me that they've done more *living* in the past few days or weeks of story than they had in the past years. I really hope that they find their happy ending, but if they don't, at least they had *some* time to find the closeness and companionship and love they'd been looking for ever since they were cute little chibis, looking at each other from afar, but too proud to take the first step towards each other.

Lurrvvv~ beautiful :D I was patiently waiting for an update, and as always, you did not disappoint. Usually I get bored of such technical descriptions because authors generally try to just make it totally unbelievable or it just drags on and you want to get to the plot. But the action in this fic is very interesting. I see it! ^^ So I will once again wait patiently for you to write more. I have to say though, my favorite scene out of this entire fic is the second to last scene of this latest chapter. The one where Sasuke dreams that memory he had with Naruto. It was really really reallyyyyyy beautiful! I mean, I don't know why, but I just want to keep that picture in my head frozen JUST LIKE THAT. It was splendid, and I want to see more of those heart-warming scenes in your fic. I love it. Keep up the great job :)

Great chapter. I love the action and fighting. The characters are wonderfully developed. This is going along very well. Keep up the great work.

Excellent. Simply an excellent story. I've been reading it all day long, every spare moment I've had. Your development of our well-loved characters has been scrupulous and consistent and just wonderful. The plot, of course, is magnificent. I am so glad that Orochimaru is not just an excuse for battles, you know, the easy bad guy sho just shows up every now and then to pick up the pace. His meeting with Naruto and Kyuubi in Naruto's mind was very nicely done, and his obviously well-planned attack in the last few chapters has been heartening. The new Sound Four were very nicely created, and it was a surprise to see Sasuke unfurl the curse seal once more. I know that in the Manga it's all in black and white, but in the anime, he actually does turn kind of grey rather than brown and his hair doesn't quite go all the way to white, just much lighter. There are two consistent typos in your story. One is when you use "loosing" instead of "losing," and the other is when you use "boarders" instead of "borders." I'm sure your beta reader will find those, but I thought I'd let you know anyway.

I love the Naruto you've created here. He's still so clearly IN character, and yet so very different than his gennin self. Also, your addition of the Sand siblings, who just HAD to push their way in is brilliant. *sigh* I am so happy you are driven write this and if I'm not mistaken, you've actually split this story into two braches no less? I'll have to go track down the non-paired version on fanfiction.net! I eagerly await more and may the muses be with you.

Still what is the equivilent of chapter 242 of the manga to the anime? For those *not* reading the anime that was pretty much a wild guess. Doesn't matter since I really don't mind spoilers, but still, it would only be fair to issue a fair warning that covers both anime watchers as well at the manga readers. ^_^

Bad bad bad cliffhanger; bad bad bad late update. Good chapter, though. I liked the twisted flashback, that was really touching. Yeah. ><;;

I've really got nothing else to say but: update quickly this time, 'cause this is a bitchy little cliffhanger that's gonna stick in my head for a long long time. So, let's get it out of there? XDD

Wow. So this is the end. I am going to miss Sasuke and Naruto, but maybe they can be reborn and finally be able to love each other without worry.

Btw even though we are up to chapter 261, we still haven't seen Sasuke, hell we saw *cries* gaara, and Itachi and Kisame.
