Awwww...so cute!! Twins!!!! Heee...awesome. I love the "labor" part. I so want to write one too, but my Naruto's in male form so I don't think he'll be having a normal birth. Anyway, oh my goodness!!! I checked out the link you gave us, and those have got to be the cutest twins ever!!!! Grabe, sobrang cute, ang sarap kainin, hehehe. I also liked the Gaara part a lot. He actually laughed!!! Whoa!! Mwahahaha!!

Looking forward to the next chapter ^^ Nyaa...kinda nervous about the Orochimaru deal.

Oh!! I forgot to mention, about the Sharingan thing. Although the Naruto-verse really didn't show us much female Uchihas (thanks Itachi -_-;;), it is reasonable to assume that the Sharingan is more common in males. If we consider this true, then genetically speaking, that means that the Sharingan is an X-linked recessive mutation. Since males only have one X gene, the Sharingan would be seen more often in males than the females who have two X genes (the sharingan won't be expressed if a person has at least one normal X gene). It's just like how color blindness is more common in men than in women.

Is it me or the 4th month has suddenly gone missing? I remember vaguely reading about the first time Naruto felt the baby move and he panicked because he thought there's something wrong with the baby until Neji (I think) told them that it's just natural. I also remembered him shouting to other people about their baby moving...

Or maybe I read it somewhere else? gah ^^;;;;;
