omg that was super sad! who kills babies?!?!?! If only there was a way that they could destroy soemthing that He held dear as he stood and watch, then let him stew on it for a while before they dealt him a long and painful death, I would be satistied... yeah lol

Wahhhhh!! noo, their little girl! Did she survive? Will she be rescued and reunited with her parents? (why am I having Sanzo flashbacks?). Anyway, even though this chapter was extremely sad and depressing, it adds dimension to the fic, that there are no guarantees in their world. People pay for carelessness but what a painful lesson to learn from. They will have to support each other so much and also take care of little Hikaru who has lost his other half. He will probably grow feeling that something is missing from him. I really want to see what comes next.

I appreciated this chapter and I encourage you to continue writing.

I've notice in last chapter that Sasuke seemed to favor Hisoka slightly, maybe it's just my imagination...but anyways that's not the point, I was just wondering if Sasuke will be strict when Hikaru's older? Also, is this fic going to cover Hikaru's older years? I mean Orochimaru DID say he was going to come back for the young Uchiha. Is Sasuke going to be the strict seeminlgy uncaring parent while Naruto is the one that will give the pep talk about how Sasuke does care about his son? I just wanted to know. Gomen for all the questions....*Grin sheepishly* and to think i was looking for a knife just a minute ago...... Anyway keep up the excellent work!! This is a very good Naruto fanfiction!!!! I just love it and cna't wait till the next chapter!
