Dammit Sasuke, you slut! How could you give it up before Naruto could have a chance? I almost wish Naruto would have stopped when he wanted to. Sasuke just have better been trying to replace Naruto with some dumb blonde not worth his time. *ANGER* Now I hope Naruto goes and screws someone else and rubs it in Sasuke's face. Find Itachi, Naruto! That'll hurt the most!

It's sad to hear that you lost the notebook. I know the pain - It happened to me once.
Just to let you know, I'd die a happy girl if you continued. I've been following this story since you first posted it, and it's been in my bookmarks this whole time. I love it sooooo much! I'm just dieing to know what happened in the past and what will happen in the future! So, I'm with you 100% if you decide to continue. Because it would definately be worth it.

I like this chapter. Maybe because it's not as angsty and it doesn't make my heart hurt as much as 4 did. But probably more so the reason was that Naruto was the one to leave and asked the far more important question that is on all our minds. I was _so_ angry at Sasuke that he'd have the nerve to ask such a question when it was Naruto who should've been asking. So, yes, I like how you made Naruto stronger in that respect but it's still sad. Hope you don't take as long with the next chapter as you did with this one--I was half afraid that you had dropped it! ^_^;; (:whew) Really glad you didn't.

And although I may not feel that pain anymore, now I'm just angry 'cuz it sounds like Tsugi was just using Sasuke (or seeing the "last Uchiha" as a conquest) and didn't actually have any true feelings towards him. That pisses me off more than anything. Especially considering how Sasuke's acting now, making Naruto pick up the pieces afterwards. Grrrr...I think I hate Water Country and ALL their inhabitants now.

But I'm glad we got to see a little more of what happened after that owl. And it really makes me wonder what forced him away for a year because there's obviously more.

intense. i realy like your story so far. i really hope that Sasuke's old lover did not die or something, cuz he seemed like he was in love with Naruto before he left on the mission. if he were to fall for someone else so soon afterwards - he would seem too fickle. sorry, i just like to speculate. but i really have enjoyed your story so so much or else i wouldnt be thinking about it so much. hope to read more!

I can confindently say that you make me hate Sasuke in ways that I've never hated him before...

I think I missed an update somewhere, but the last two chapters were really great. The way you write flashbacks is pure genius. Usually I hate them, but in your story they flow so smoothly. I most definitely will be on the lookout for the next chapter!
