I like the way you portray Gai and Lee as three dimensional characters that have their ups and downs in their lifes, just like everybody. One thing I was confused about. You say Gai's apartement is on the fourth floor but it has a grassy patio that they can spar on? Sorry if I'm misunderstanding something but that struck me as odd. Otherwise leep up the good work. Gai and Lee need more love. d^_^

This is good! I like that you are actually exploring the complexeties of both characters.

This is a trly enjoyable fanfiction. It captures the happy with a touch of angst essence of Naruto quite well. Everybody was in character, and the dynamics between them were perfectly depicted. The relationship between Gai and Lee is one of the most blatant, yet least explored. Kudos to you for not only delving into this pairing, but for also doing it so wonderfully. You're writing style is very real, and forces the reader to look underneath what we would expect of Lee and Gai. I look forward to the next chapter of this. Please do continue.

WOW! I'm blown away by your fic, it's amazing! I've never really found myself to be a DIRE fan of this pairing, (secertly thinking it was cute in the back of my mind) but reading this changed my mind. I'm definitly an all-out supporter now. I loved your use of vocabulary and I'm really getting into the plot. Only thing I can REALLY say about it is that "Kompai" is spelled like "Kanpai" in Japanese (there is no "m" sound in the Japanese lanugage without a vowel next to it). Just letting you know for future reference, anyway, GREAT fic, I'm eagerly awaiting the next chapter!!
