That is a great begining!!! You have me hooked, I love how this story is progressing. I also like what you are doing with the characters. This is great stuff, I can't wait to see what you will do with this.

Hey, really liking this! I think this is one of the best portrayals of Naruto as the Sixth Hokage I've read! lovey characterization, with his humour balancing the pragmatic needs of his position. His wanting to get a haircut because he looks that tad too much like the Fourth, perfect. Sasuke fighting his urge to treat the Hokage as the dobe he once knew, and wondering when he missed the change... fantastic. The interaction between Naruto and Sasuke is just lovely... *happy sigh* I'm tossing this onto my "Read this, dammit!" author reccs, if you don't mind. Definitely looking forward to more of your Rokudaime!

You made me want to draw the scene in chapter 2, drat you. Stupid illustration career, leeping me from drawng fanart... argh.

interesting...naruto as hokage is always great. but that's just sad that seven years passed without the two of them speaking. but honestly, with the way things are going (in the current manga chapters), if sasuke ever comes back to konoha, naruto and him probably wouldn't be on the best of terms, ya know? naruto, no matter what, would probably forgive sasuke for trying to kill him and just generally being an asshole. but sasuke, like it was mentioned, has ghosts of his past that are hard to ignore. no matter what happens, in your story, or in the actual manga, i really hope that naruto will be able to help sasuke work through his troubles. but anywhoo...rambling here. i hope chapter two comes out soon. the first chapter seems to be a good start on a good fic. can't wait to read more!
