awww, poor lil'naru! what happened? what happened?

i was expecting the picnic table scene to have something to do with itachi, dunno why, just expected sasuke to see him on the video after naru was scared of him before, like he had met itachi.

Another great chapter. I really love how you've brought Kakashi in, and I like the whole background you've created for Naruto. Well, not the things that have happened to him, but you've given his character real depth, as well as Sasuke's. My only thing is... well, you haven't gotten to this point yet, but don't go overboard with all of the horrible things that have happened to Naruto. My only reason for worrying about this is because I read a story not long ago (not going to say which one, but it IS on this site and on FF.Net) that started out good, but the author kept making more horrible things happen to Naruto, then twisted her own story to make things even MORE horrible for him. She changed things that had been constant since the first chapter just to make him seem more beaten down, and it eventually just turned into hopeless wangst. She didn't end the story when she should have and just kept going, drawing things out to the point that I couldn't even read it anymore.

You are nowhere NEAR that point, but I love this story so much that I thought I'd warn you beforehand that a sad back story can easily turn into overdone wangst. As it is, your story is VERY good, and I just want to make sure you understand that I absolutely love it, and see no sign of that happening here. Once again, just a warning because I love this story so much, and wouldn't want something like that to happen.

^^; Anyway, I'll go before I scare you. But I loved the chapter, especially Naruto going to confession when he ran away. That was unexpected, but still typical of his character. Great job, and I really look forward to an update.

jeez i really really hope that sasuke finds thos pricks and makes them pay dearly for wat the did to poor naruto i really rnjoyed this chapter keep up the great work and update soon
