You know I've been a loyal fan of this fic since the very beginning, even though I'm tormented with snatches here and there that you wave under my nose to make me salivate. Evil, but in a good way. I'm really enjoying watching the development of this, and the way you have everything tied together, one thing taken from another, and tied then to the next, makes it flow rather pleasantly. And the -history- of the characters that you play with in those relationships. It works. And I love the psychology.
So, kudos to you, for tainting me into slipping away from my steadfastly no teacher/student relationships.

I really adore this story! <3 I completely neglected my homework for two nights so I could read and reread. The characterizations seem great to me, and I love that the KxI sex wasn't perfect. KakaSasu is my favorite Naruto pairing, so I'm hoping you'll write more on that as well.

is chapter 6 just an author's note? Either way.. i've been checking back for updates on this wonderful story since there really is a lack of kakasasu fics around. Its a great start! Even though i didn't really like KxI pairing but i still thought it was cute =) Your character potrayal is just so.. KAWAII XD I love sasuke here. Bring on some KxS action soon!

I've never been so happy to see sex that wasn't perfect, or people that were wrong for each other! It was the little things - the awkwardness, the casual dismissiveness of Kakashi and spazzy!Iruka ^^ Things like Kakashi coming a tad fast or how unromantic it all was...perfect, hot, satisfying sex irritates me no end. Sex is messy, especially the first time and certainly portrayals where the damn prostate gets nailed every time and they all manage to come at once *Pffts* Written by virgins who have no clue as to what real sex is like...not that I can speak in that departmant well, but I rarely write smut anyway. What you're writing...it's the closest I've seen come to reality that I've read in a long while - the fact that it's not smoothed over and that you use as many un-sexy adjectives as ones designed to enhance a modd - I think I love you.
In a more analytical sense, this is your best chapter yet. My split personalites made an appearance again - while my roleplaying side tends towards liking your earlier chapters, when I turned that sense of and just read it through again as LITERATURE, I was much, much happier. You've reached a happy balance where you find ground between pretty little metaphors that create gorgeous images and actually getting to the point - the blend is lovely and that much more versatile by toning down the obscurity. (Am I an idiot for feeling proud of you for that?)
I'm actually quite pleased that we're taking this break from the main pairing - these flashbacks have really let me see into your Kakashi and I'm more understanding of just why he reacts certain ways. Put it this way - people wouldn't be complaining about the break from the KakaSasu-ness if it were a fic in it's entirity; they're just impatient to get to that part (that doesn't really make sense, but I'm horribly drugged up on painkillers right now ><)
...the hell? Why do I always have to give such rambling reviews? I need to take my own advice and try to be more concise :P Parting note: I think I lost whatever scrap of innocence I had left when I read about Gai's 'Beautiful little green beast' ^^;; Be proud - I'm finally all grown up.

Overall, this chapter made me veeeeery happy. Not just happy in a 'oh fuck, thank God I checked today and I caught the update' way - happy in the 'I've found something truly worth reading and, hell, I'm sticking this in my bookmarks bar' way. I'm that obsessive - a lot of those however many hits were me compulsively checking for updates ^^ I do hope that, when you finish this, you carry on providing such scintilating text for me to enjoy.
