Poor Iruka's really the perfect person for yaoi, as well as being the worst. Perfect because, hot damnit, you slash him so well. Worst because...he's, well, Iruka! And Iruka squawks at everything! Still, the luff is there (even if Kakashi is teh evil this chapter ^^)
I think this was one of your better chapters - your writing didn't run so many rings around us and the clarity was a LOT better (my inner metaphor lover is still contrary though and misses the rambliness - see? Your writing has given me two personalities ^^;; That fight. A lot) Your characterisation has been wonderful throughout this story, but Kakashi really shone for me in this chapter. He really isn't romantic at all and a lot of people gloss that over - you don't and your blunt portrayal him is a whole one, not just flat or 2D
I'm also having a wicked urge to review this twenty five times on my own, but you'd count that as cheating, wouldn't you? *Sighs* I'll just have to wait though - just remember that you're making me antsy by keeping us all in suspense like this before you post

What would the AU be about?
And what I really meant to ask was if you were doing the fillers or not? Some of the fillers are good or at least small enough not to make a difference, but there's a ten episode filler arc after eps. 101 that to put it mildly isn't very high quality. It doesn't make that much sense and contradicts other parts of 'Naruto'.

Umm,mildly amusing,not a huge Iruka /Kaka fan though there has been well written fics about them.Enjoyed the bird shocked from its perch.Dying ,just dying for the next chap.Dying you hear?Pain...mercy and all that..it was kinda kinky having Kakashi reading to him through the door.Sasuke spied on them?Must re read.Till next time..soon.The writing flowed really well but climax is needed!!!!!!!!The attention/tention is seeping from the main pair...I saw no pairing between Ita/Sas except for bro stuff,must re read.

I enjoy your vaguely spazzy, extremely cute Iruka ^^ That and the fact that I can't get the image of Kakashi just sniffing soap after soap out of my head (I giggled inanely for a while before I could continue)

Tsk, holding the next chapter ransom on us. Tis ok though, I know how writing them can feel sometimes...I myself have a Kakashi/Sasuke fic...left it right in the middle of "the good part". Bwahahaha. *should get around to posting it someday*
I only have one teeny tiny request (which, o course, you dont have to heed at all) about this next smutty chapter, is that you make it exactly that: smut. And not Kakashi humoring Sasuke's lust and curiosity. Let the lust be mutual. We like steam!! Because, the other way, yes, its lemon...but not smutty...we're all perverts here remember. Anywho, just a tip...for I like to be delusional and think that there could be chemistry between the two. *not in the real manga of course, just in our happy fanfiction world, because it won't happen for real*(/ramble)

Another wonderful chapter! There are such delightful mental images just from your descriptions of the two of them curled up on the bed - you even managed to make wrists sound sexy XD Next week's edition - Sasuke's neck!
Your descriptions are wonderful, but, especially near the beginnings of the chapters, you have a habit of lapsing into language patterns that are perhaps more suited to a roleplay than a piece of fiction. I enjoy it immensely, but be careful not to have your descriptions become TOO oblique or people will spend more time figuring out what you mean instead of following the story. On the other hand, your poetic if complicated descriptions touch my heart, so I'm torn between my luff as a writer and my luff as a roleplayer...

Hmmmmm *evil cackle* As far as lemony-ness goes...I think you're right to take it slow (I find it as it is now to be very good)...However, if you ever want to throw us out little teasers...perharps a sparring match between the two? Lots of contact and high emotions.
Or...I dunno...Kakashi is rubbing Sasuke's wrist in his sleep again...and perhaps it's Kakashi's name that Sasuke mumbles...wouldn't that give him something to think about? Hehe...
