Its harder to imagine characters when you change sexes like that, but it was still a pretty good update.
For me, I vote for Tsunade (with a legit Hinata or Sakura pairing too? Naruto with an older and a younger girl would be hot man.)

That was kinda weird. But, hey what ever. I've read alot of weird stuff. Anyway can't wait for the next chapter. I think I gotta vote for Kurenai, there aren't enough Naruto/Kurenai fics out there. Well, atleast not as many as Naruto/Tsunade eventhough I love that pairing.

Well it's okay but as you yourself have said it could be better, but you were sick so it's okay. As for who next how about putting them both togther with him. And as for some future ideas (this is your call, as usual) you can do a continuation of some of your previous scenes (ex a Temari x Naruto x Tayuya based on their threesome that you mention in chapter 6 or a Naruto x Anko x Kurenai x Hinata based shortly after chapter 19). Anyways keep up the good work and hope you're feeling better soon.

You've over used Kurenai and Tsunade in these stories. Try using Temari or Ino for a change.
