I think you should leave it as a oneshot. It was so beautiful and innocent, that by adding more, might taint it.

Bwah! I love it! Beautiful! I hope you decide on doing more. Nothing wrong with continuing with a simple naughty situation, but an actual story is appreciated as well. I wasn't even really a fan of this pairing, but it's starting to grow on me. XD You captured the moment in this perfectly. It had the lazy, easygoing feel that one would associate with Kakashi even though it was told through Sakura's perspective. I really enjoyed this one. Nicely done!
