Great story so far! ^_^ Aren't doing any lemons huh? It's still funny! XD

Wow. You made that chapter believable to me, which is pretty rare. A lot of authors don't know how to do the awkward scenes you just did, and their pieces turn into something that goes along these spine-chilling lines: "One's an experienced lover (aka pervert) an the other one's a virgin...they get it on (super explicit details inserted here!) and everything is perfect hearts and stars (and rainbows and freakin' unicorns galavanting through the fields) forever and ever, as they pledge undying love to one another!"
This is about the time, during one of those particular stories, that I feel it is my duty to vomit because of the complete unbelievability of it and the sacchrine aftertaste that goes with it.

HOWEVER -
You have done it the right way. The part where Gai asked about if their kiss was oral sex cracked me up. Also, for some reason, I couldn't stop snickering when I read the part about the shower and the speech about Hygiene (with a capital H, because that's the way Gai talks about everything! Ha!). The way you write Kakashi is beyond-regular-words-marvelous, and I love it. The breaking of bedroom furniture was probably the best part of all, because when you think about it, Taijutsu masters like Gai are super strong, and it only makes sense that having hot sex (especially hot sex with Kakashi, even if it is only a "learning experience") would result in something getting broken...hell, I'm surprised the bed's stayed as intact as it has at the end of this chapter!

I will await the next chapter with a smile (or I will run 200 laps around my house before the day is out!) <--sorry, couldn't help myself ^_~

OMG, I never thought I'd ever be able to read Kakashi x Gai and not get all weirded out, but you've done it!! This is definitely one of the best fanfics I've ever read, and you're one of the greatest Naruto fanfic authors ever!! I absolutely love the way you write, and it was a feat in itself to get me to read anything pertaining to Gai that was sexual (I even put this in my favorites, lol). This fic is believable and good, and had me rolling on the floor with laughter!! You've converted me; great work!!

Congratulations. You are the only person who has gotten me to read and enjoy a Kakashi x Gai fanfic. This is brilliantly written, and I LOVE the way you've interpreted Kakashi. "Fried Brains for Breakfast" was a great scene, I laughed until I couldn't breathe (which is a pretty rare occurance, only a handful of writers can get me to do that).

I'm going to read everything else you have posted now, because if it is anything like this story, I am going to be a very happy fangirl.

Please keep this story going, it's marvelous!

Awww. Kakashi-sensei all protective-like? Too sweet for words... =^____^= As for Kakakshi going through with it... I have no doubt you'll work in a situation quite worthy of an eye-catching reaction... Enjoyed this latest chapter, you write so well, it's so easy to follow. Keep up the great work!

It's really exciting, seeing how you're validating them actually doing it--Kakashi becoming convinced to do it--and it makes TOTAL sense, they're not naturally inclined to eachother, having a "secret desire" or anything like that--it's all rationalized.

I love that.

And, besides that point, I am very, very curious, and somewhat disturbed, on how you knew that when lye made contact with blood it started bubbling--if that's true, I have no idea.

Anyway, I'm EXTREMELY happy that you posted this!! :D Love you stuff--your fanfictions are bookmarked. xD

And even if it isn't a lemon, lime is great. I can't wait to see how you would write that. And no, I won't complain that you aren't doing a lemon--I mean, hell, I said that my fanfiction Under the Mattress would have another ending where sex happened, but I have lost absolutely all motivation to do so. Also, considering it, I bet that I'm rather inept with those characters when it could be applied to sex, anyway...

ANYWAY! I will be blistering in my seat in anticipation for the next chapter! :D
