Reading this update was the only nice spot in my day. Thank you for making this story non tawdry plot filled still enjoyable and consistently updated. I check like the anal personality i am to see if you posted (grin), as always you don't disappoint. WIll poor iruka ever get out of those conferences so kakashi can show him his face cuz i am way too curious for my own good and have wondered ever since episode one of naruto what was under his mask. Must sleep tests coming..dream of kakashi finally snogging the bloody hell outa iruka (giggling manically) zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

and though i may not be draqgging said worthless self accross the vast expanse of jagged wasteand to bask in you writing skill and all glory,
i am still pretty much chuffed yes, chuffed by you unceasing literary genius.
mind you i actually am not a kaka/iru fan, but guess what, this one is so far one of the nest fanfcs i've ever read, regardless.
and yes, thank you for the lovely naru/sasu hints,

Ooooh, is there going to be a little SasukexNaruto in here? ;D Sorry, that's my favorite pairing.
Also, when you mentioned Lee's "eternal rival" did you mean Neji? Because Negi, isn't the correct spelling.
As to the teacher's conf, I would probably pull my hair out too. Of course, I'd probably pull my hair out if I was actually a teacher at all....
And wow, Kudos to you for updating so much. Even if you say you're a little late, I never notice. I just keep gaping everytime I see yet another great chatper being posted. I wish I had inspiration flowing that fast. Keep up the good work. ^_^

What horrid agony those teachers must go through. I really enjoyed Iruka's views on it, especially reguarding the smile and the lack of commentary on such a smile. I also enjoyed the shock Kakashi received at the image of Sasuke and Naruto that his mind conjured up. I am still intrigued on the scrolls but am content to wait and watch it play out. cant wait for more.

I'm a girl. Just pointing that out.
This chapter felt shorter than susual but it's probably because I'm so into this story! Naruto and Sasuke pairing is very comon but I think they'd have a hard time going beond the line of best friends. They're almoast brothers. My poinion though. ^^"

you should so do a naru/sask fic! i'd like to see how you'd handle another story with a different pair.

Wow that was a great chapter. Poor Kakashi being subjected to a night without Iruka's company. He is so losing the battle to control his feelings. I LOVE this story. You have no idea how much excitement I have when I see a new chapter. On a side note, I was wondering where you learned your japanese, because I am currently trying to learn via CD's for the computer and audio plus books on grammar. Do you have any suggestions on a better method? Cant wait for the next chapter.

very interesting story, just found it and i must say i enjoy your slow approach at the two developing a relationship. it's a nice change to the jump into bed fics that have been showing up. (not that those aren't interesting in there own way but, it's so wonderful to have a story that has more meat on it's bones). you really had me going for awhile on the scrolls i thought it was iruka sending them too....now i'm leaning towards naruto (being he was watching earlier and being so entertained!). hope you stay with it, keep up the good work.
