I have read this fic before and thought that it was an awesome pairing. I still that way. I am glad to see that you've written something more recent. I look forward to reading it.
Keep writing about not so common pairings. Iruka is one of those that doesn't get much loving...well unless it is yaoi. He so can be straight! Great job!!

I had read this fic some time ago, but I just like unusual pairings! It is also about time that Iruka got some love...HE IS NOT GAY!!!! Most fics always portray him as such....
This fic is one of my "go to ones" I have come to read and re-read. Great job!!!!

Finally!!! A Fic that doesn't portray Iruka as gay!!! What is up with that?
Anyway, thanks for this one. It was very good. Anymore of him but with Shizune...that is something, huh?
Gread job!

Yay for finding a way to make this pairing, it is rare. I liked the fact that Iruka and Temari balanced each other well.

Wasn't the ending a little... rushed? It felt like you had slammed your hand on the fast-forward button the closer you came to the end of the fic. Also, as tempting as it can be at times, try to avoid 'happil-ever-after'-type endings. The sheer level of cliché involved with this ending-type tends to give people a bad impression of the fic, something like a bad aftertaste from food or drinks; it implies sloppy worksmanship due to haste or, even worse, a lack of creativity, which I don't believe to be the case. On the whole, it was an excellent fic, but the above-mentioned flaws, in addition to somewhat cheesy dialoguein multiple parts of the story, gave me pause for whether to continue reading or not. Don't let reader-disinterest kill your fiction.
Keep up the hard work
