This is a very interesting story, but I can't help but point out a little detail: "niisan" refers to someone's older brother, so when Itachi calls Sasuke "niisan" the word is not being used properly. This is just a little point that I hope you'll fix in later chapters because it is very confusing. :)

I hope you will consider making more of a story out of this or at least one more chapter. I really liked it and Sasuke coming back with Itachi was a real surprise.
