You've got a nice story going, but I'd like to point out a few flaws. (If you don't mind of course) The biggest problem I noticed was that you change tenses alot in the middle of a sentence. A story reads better if you stay exclusively past tense or present tense. Another thing I noticed is that you rely on paranthesis too much, it distracts from the plot. The only issue I have with the actual story is that Hinata seems to be a bit OOC, but other than that it seems pretty sound. You might consider getting a beta, it could really help. Hope you don't mind the constructive critisisms. ^_^

That is a promising story, I hope to read more in future.
One word of advice. I liked it how you changed the POV in the first three chapters, but you should take care. Sometimes it is not really obvious who is speaking if you change it too often. You should take care with the tenses as well, because you keep falling back and forth beween present and past tense... I'd tell the whole story in past tense.
The characters of Neji, Gaara and Hinata are very well written. Very much in character. Its fun to read!

I like the complex tension between Neji and Hinata Its obvious that Hinata isn’t the ONLY one that needs some kind of physical closure (smirks). Frankly, I don’t know what Neji is going to be able to do about it – at least Hinata has an option (Gaara). Maybe not Hinata’s BEST option, but right now Neji just doesn’t seem to know what to do with himself (lol)! Keep writing – I want to see what happens with these three. Or at least how Neji is going to handle his “problem” with his cousin (lol)!
