*shakes head* The Concil should keep their noses out of Shikamaru's life! Last i checked the baby's Shikamaru and Kankuro! And The Council have NO right to decide on Shikamaru and the other ninjas's life! Shikamaru's supposedly an adult the moment he turns 12, so WHY interfence now?! As for Kiba, prehaps someone fed him sugar? Or someone gave Akamaru something, and Kiba is feeling Akamaru's emotion/rush?
