Although I have seen this sort of plot before, I think this one could be the best of all. Provided you don't rush the plot, don’t make the characters instantly accepting and forgiving of each other and you keep it interesting with some action and of course, angst, you could really have something here. I also would like to complement you on your lack of spelling/grammatical errors. Other than that there isn’t much else I can say about “Black as Blood” right now. There isn’t enough story to give a valid opinion of it…yet. It is for this reason that I eagerly await the next chapter.

Another fiction I'm late getting around to reading. But it definitely has enthralled me. Can't wait for more.

This is a wonderful story so far and I can't wait to see where it goes from here. Your writing style is very fluid and easy to read which makes the story even more enjoyable from my viewpoint. I also really like your use of descriptions: from the lightening to Sasuke's eye it is all very well done. I also like the fact that you are not having Naruto just immediately trust Sasuke and welcome him back with open arms, it's much more believable and I dare say accurate. Can't wait for the next chapter!!!

Interesting first chapter. So in your story Sasuke has a demon in him as well . . . that is really original on your part, I don't think I've seen that before. It's a neat change to see Naruto not fallen all over himself to make things better for Sasuke when returning on his own. I hope you stay with it, can't wait to see what you got in mind for this story.

PS. isn't Sasuke's hair black? In the last part I think you say brown.

Intriguing start to a promising story! I think the history concerning Sasuke's injury will be interesting. Also can't wait to see how Sasuke's return goes overall. What will become of his relationship with his former best friend? *imagines a groveling Sasuke with an unimpressed Naruto* Should be interesting indeed! ^_^
