I totally understand your frustration with the last scene.... Trying to pull one over ol' Kakashi WOULD be like pulling teeth, especially for the likes of Naruto and Sasuke. Let's face it, those two aren't the sharpest sticks in the box when it comes to strategems, top rookie or not. I'd think Kakashi secretly knows and is going along with it.

I love the story! Grabbing and fresh. I especially like how everyone is kept in character without much exaggeration. I definetly can't wait for the continuation. Right now I'm tempted to continue the story myself but I will refrain from doing so! <3

I don't know why everyone makes Itachi such a hateful/sadistic guy, he appears more stiotic to me. hate's a strong emotion and it fits sasuke waaayy better than Itachi. But it works well for your fic so keep doing what yur doing.
