The first thing that immediately comes to mind, the format. I had trouble telling if the story was truly good because I had such trouble reading it all blocked together. So that's my immediate suggestiong, space out the lines to make it easier to read. Moving on to the story, from what I did get it does seem well-written. No obvious spelling or grammar problems, which puts you leagues above many other fanfic writers. I definitely like the mpreg, though from your A/N at the end, I'm a bit worried that Sasuke might be the pregnant one. Anyways, I wish the story wasn't SasuNaru, but that's just part of a kick I'm on now. Of all the Naruto mpregs written, I can only think of maybe 2 that aren't SasuNaru and both of those are unfinished (one hasn't been updated in quite a long time and seems to be on permanent hiatus). But oh well, you already have the pairing decided for the story and it doesn't seem like it's one of those supremely irritating triangle stories where the author enjoys making either Neji, Gaara, or both look like idiots for chasing after Naruto when he's obviously meant to be with Sasuke. Anyways, I'm definitely interested in what you have so far and I can't wait until your next update, hopefully with a slightly easier to read format.

I gotta give it to ya, you write a damn good Naruto ^^. I absolutely LOVE the determination he had. His thoughts were so cool *eyes sparkle*. And at the end the way he was asking about Konoha and Sasuke was uber uber kawaii naa =3. This story sounds interesting and I'm killing to read more XP. Update kudasai~!
