Hello, lovely! I doubt you remember me seeing as the last time (and the only time) I left you a review was literally three years ago, but I just wanted to pop by and feed your review hunger. I went back and read the other review I left you (on page 15 I think it was) and I can't believe I identified myself as Christian, even that long ago. :/ I haven't truthfully had faith since 2002... BUT that's beside the point. I want you to know that I truly love your story, the whole concept of it. After I first found and read this story three years ago I checked and checked and checked for updates from you, something I very rarely do with stories. Normally I'd just lurk the 'recently updated' page until I recognized a title, but this story I looked up almost every day checking for new chapters. Eventually I fell off the face of the site, only logging in every six months - or sometimes more - whenever I updated one of my stories. (Don't you worry your pretty little head over being busy or lazy and only getting around to updating every year or so. I've been doing the same thing for just as long as you have, and I've actually wound up removing all of my WIP stories from the site because I felt bad about it. I'm still writing them, I just don't want to republish them until I'm finished or almost finished, that way I don't feel guilty about making my lovelies wait for me D: ) but ANYWAY my point was that even after I stopped visiting the site I found myself wondering frequently about you and this story, and whether or not you'd updated, which is something I never wondered about any other story while I wasn't active on the site. But you never left my mind. (:
The reason I came back to this story today (and was ECSTATIC to see three new chapters) is that I've been writing a lot recently and while I was here on the site updating my profile I decided to finally look you up again, and I sure am glad I did! There are so many things I love about this story. Hinatas reaction to the boys in the coffee shop was awesome. I felt like yelling, "You go, girl!" but I think my boyfriend would have looked at me funny. :P Again, I love that Naruto's mom is on his side, and the part Jiraiya plays. AND I SERIOUSLY HAD TEARS IN MY EYES WHEN NARUTO WAS READING THE LETTER FROM HIS MOM. THAT WAS SO INCREDIBLY SWEET AND I WISH MY MOM LOVED ME THAT MUCH. I'm really curious about what happened between Sakura and her dad. I want to see where that goes o.o And I really hope that Sakura and Hinata hook up soon! I know from experience that two female friends who love each other and are both incredibly attracted to each other can actually lead into an awesome relationship (:
I hope my review has made you happy. (: It does seem to me as well that readers nowadays don't comment nearly as much as they used to. I'll make sure I review every time I catch and update from you from now on, and if you'd like to email me (address is at the end of my about section) I'll gladly feed your ego anytime you'd like, love. <3

I love this. does it continue on ff.net? i must go check it out :D
This is a fantastic fic. I love, love, love, love, love it!
Love Naruto & Sasuke relationship, and that he calls him in the middle of the night because of a nightmare ^^
Love, love Sakura & Hinata relationship! They are so immensly cute, and the scene in the café was great.
I wanna smack Naruto and Sakuras fathers stupid!
The whole Christian-God debate and so on is great.
The characters in themselves are fantastic, but it's 50% the religious debate that intrigues me.
Thank you so, so much for this fic! :D

Let me first say that this is one of my favorite fics on this site, one that I check fairly regularly for updates... so, needless to say, I think it's quite good :D
I would however like to comment on your author's note on chapter 12. While consensus is still out on whether or not it is the definative "gay" gene, studies conducted by Dr. Dean Hamer and others indicate that there is at least a gene (or set of genes) that plays a role in male homosexuality. And even if genetics aren't the only contributing factors (odds are, they aren't... birth order and a few other factors seem to play a role as well), studies with siblings and identical twins indicate that genetics have more to do with sexuality than handedness (i.e. whether someone is right or left handed).

The second link has quite a bit more on the issue as well. Sorry if all that seemed lectureish... It just didn't seem like you had come across this information in your research, and I didn't want you continue on uninformed... :)

I'm pretty impressed if this is "non beta'd"! I did a big ol' marathon reading. I wasn't sure if I was going to like or not. The religion factor didn't bother me. I come from a Baptist/Jehova Witness background, so you can say I'm religiously dysfunctional to say the least. Haha! But the characters got serious and entangled in the plot and everything meshed pretty well. I really would like to see more of Haku/Zabuza. And theres got to be some kind of confrontation between the little mrs and mr. I'm sure Jiraiya is a good safety net but how ironic would it be if Sasuke got caught in the crossfire of them and freaked out on Naruto. Then Naruto would be in a position to help him begin some kind of recovery. Especially if Mom and Naruto ended up having to rush Sasuke to the hospital and then meet Sasukes Aunt. Then all the characters could be involved together. But in the back of my mind, I think it would be hilarious to discover that Naruto's father has had a little experience with the same sex. Just food for thought. I wanted to see another update to this story as soon as possible. Take care.

I truly love reading this! I love the part where Sasuke told Naruto's father off...! Somebody had to! What he was spouting was pure and utter assholishness! This of course is my own opinion....

I really enjoyed your story. Conpared to others I've read it seems very realistic which I appreciate. My parents were never the very religous typw, heck my dad says he's a committed heathen all the time. But they both agree that gays shouldn't marry. The adoption question has never come up so I don't know how they would react, my mom is a elemenary school teacher in the poor part of the county so she may be sympathetic to anyone that would be willing to take care of a child. Where I was going with this is I used to think the same things about gays, even when I had a few known gay friends. I just never really thought about what I was saying. But by accident I came to be on a fanfiction site and saw the warning yaoi. Curious I went ahead and started reading the story and really enjoyed it. Both the characters were strong and it made a great story different from others with the typical "girly princess" as the other person. It was not 'til half way through the story that I realized that both leads were male. I then started to take a closer look at everything I read which lead to reevaluating my original biases. I still believe in God but I've decided to believe that if God will still love rapests and murderers then he definatly will love my amazing friends no matter their sexual preference. So please keep on writing!!!!!!!
