Wow! This was really good. I can totally Sakura being like that when she's pregnant ^^ as for Kakashi and the weeble thing, that's sooo like him. I can see Lee over-reacting to the "youth of Konoha" like that. Do you remember the filler when Shino couldn't stop laughing? God that was scary o.0 I like how you had Itachi draw out that whole Sakura not being able to have babies thing and then blatantly shoving it in Sasuke's face. Sakura really would do that for him you know. I mean taking the pills. I'm sure Sasuke felt like crap after finally registering what Tsunade said. I loved how Ino took Sakura shopping. Kakashi's right, Ino would make a good wet-nurse, but a horrible mother. Anyway this was an amazing story. I totally loved it!

This is cool. But the baby parts are not... nice. Its sorta serious (the story) but you described the prenancy and the birth and seeing the baby like a comedy. It sorta soured a the end.

I loved the entire story. Beautifuly written.

thats sweet naming their daughter after sasukes mom. funny when naruto saw mikoto coming out of sakura i thought he was gonna pass out.
