It's a little late to tell you now, I know but if it's two years ahead of the manga, Sakura would be turning 18. They're 15 after the time skip because they were 12 1/2 when by the time Sasuke left and Naruto was gon for 2 1/2 years... Good fic, though.

I love you Rashaka! The conversation and awkwardness between Kakashi and Sakura reminded me much of the interaction between Zuko and Katara in "Whose Hearts are Mountains". No one, I repeat, NO ONE can write the proverbial mind fuck that occurs psychologically between two people trying to figure one another out as you can. I can never grow tried of reading your work. :) But, I can beg and plead for more, More, MORE! (This chapter did come out faster than normal.. so I'll lay off.) Keep up the great work! -Lori

I LOVE this Sakura. And I LOVE Kakashi coming in and being all awkward and probably caught in his head between staring at her and thinking sick things, and kicking himself for being there at all because WHY should it matter and why should he have to ask because it was just aw fuck. *huggles Kakashi, though he probably protests*
Seriously. This was a wonderful chapter to wake up to. Sakura's energy is infectious, and I enjoyed all of her "it really IS my birthday" comments. And the math thing at the beginning. So random, but so true. And now that I think of it, it really balances her perky!almostblonde!ness with her intellectualness. Nice. And her father's comment. And the desk. And the trash can. And--and--and--
