Zomg, I'm loving this XD. Some of the things Neji said had my eyes popping, LOL. And Sasuke was adorably defensive, while Naruto was adorably clueless (as usual) :D. I loved when he called Neji a dumbfuck and that fact that he did it to his face was even better XD. LOL, and him offering to castrate Neji was priceless. God why can't I have a dictionary like that?? Oh and he came to apologise :huggles Sasuke and the authoress: The best friends necklaces are really sweet, I can't wait to see him give it back and confront Sasuke about it. and I'm really excited about Here's to the Fox too XD. Thank you so much for the update - Hooray for summer holidays XD.

well, let me say first and foremost, i loved this chapter. the innuendo, the teenaged drama, and naruto's lack of stupidity made me happy. ^_^ you have, yet again, impressed me very much with this story, simply because of the way you characterize everyone. and can we say uber cuteness with the way Sasuke so shyly admitted to his folly? *kawaii!*

the touch with the dictionary and neji and sasuke was pure genius. i must admit that i loved to read about naruto's innocent misunderstanding until he had help clarifying it all up. i love that the naruto you write is adorably oblivious and yet quite intelligent. if he weren't, he wouldn't have found a good use for his new-found dictionary, ne? and i love that you continued the continuity of the story by making naruto remember that sasuke hadn't left a note of any kind. but how is he going to react now that naruto has the other half of the necklace? *ohs... cliffing!*

neji was perfect. he was an arrogant ass, he was pretentious and he was so caught up in himself i'm surprised he didn't fall over. he was goading our handsome blond hero (who played braindead!) and sasuke was protecting him like the wonderful, duty-bound knight he wants to be. and of course, my favorite line in naruto's defense: "Come on to Naruto, touch Naruto, even breathe the same air as Naruto, and I’ll have you castrated by your own kunai." *giggles* so like sasuke, so like sasuke.

anyways, great job once more with this chapter. i'm looking forward to where you're intending to go with this story, is it going to be more friendship than relationship or is it going to grow and you'll surprise me? which ever way works though and i'm super excited about the next chapter. i would say update soon, but i see that you're going to update httf and that just makes me squee, so i won't rush you on anything. ^_^

Sorry, a little hyper, but still. Naruto's still a little dense. It's so obvious Sasuke's in love with him! ^^ And that whole fight between Sasuke and Neji...hah. Beautiful. Sorry Neji, neither in my story or Nomme's will you get Naruto when Ssuke is concerned. =P
