"Sorry for the evil cliffy"? Oh come now, you know you love them, and you know it makes your loyal readers unbearably anxious to read the next chapter. In reality, it's really a great literary technique, especially in this type of situation. It keeps readers coming back for more, even if it’s been a while in between updates. Although I must admit that cliffhangers do in fact drive me crazy, I do not deny the fact that as soon as I see you've updated, you better believe that I am reading the new chapter(s) ASAP.
In regards to the actual chapter, I thought that it was rather interesting. I think the way you undid the curse marks on Anko and Sasuke was very clever. It would have been really disappointing if you had just had Naruto wave his hand over the marks (or something equally simple and lame), and then the curse marks would be gone. I like Naruto being strong and extremely powerful, but making him all-powerful would just seem overdone and bring the plot down a lot. However, you have great instincts for your writing so I am not very concerned about the plot or its characters. I was more so making an observation rather than anything else.
Speaking of lemons though, I am definitely looking forward to it. I have read Shakespeare Was Never So Hot and that was positively sexy and yes, very HOT. I’m extremely curious to see if Naruto reveals his true identity to Sasuke before, during, or after the lemon. Oh well, I suppose I shall just have to wait and see. Until then, my best wishes for you and your writing.
