OMG!!! That was a really, really superb ending. I think I would have to say that that was the best WAFF ending that I have read thus far, completely devoid of tacky clichés or a slapdash, rushed conclusion. I also really liked it that you didn’t just write the ending in one time period, but rather stretched it out over Sasuke’s and Naruto’s life. It really gives a relatively short fic a real feeling of conclusion, and one that readers can be happy with.
I think the only part I didn’t like was when Sasuke and Naruto met Sakura again in the forest. I expected a little more of a fight. I realize that people who are mentally ill are not always violent, but given Sakura’s personality, it seemed that she would try to fight Naruto for Sasuke. I also didn’t really like it that Kakashi seemingly randomly dropped out of the trees at just the right moment to take Sakura back to the village. If she had been waiting around for three months to try and “save” Sasuke, it would be more likely that, given that Kakashi is a great ninja, he would have gotten to Sakura much sooner.
However, this is really only a minor complaint and not really a complaint either, more of an observation. Regardless, I am very pleased with this fic and am very excited that you finished it. It seems that authors these days like to start a great fic but then decide not to finish them more than half-way through them. It’s very frustrating for an avid reader such as myself. Anyway though, I have the bad habit of writing you books of your very own so I will stop here. I look forward to your future projects. My best wishes for you and your writing.

*stretches and yawns* God, that was the greatest non-angst story I've read in ages! You're really good, Nomme. ^_^ I love the whole Naruto demon thing and geez, I hope my yaoi scenes coming up will be as good as yours. XD And I'm so glad you have Sasuke and Naruto sharing seme and uke roles. I believe they both can handle either role, so I love when other people put them into said roles to. ^_^

Your new stories sound promising. About pairing, I read anything x Sasuke if the story is well written, including this one. My very favorite is ItaSasu and NejiSasu. I think many authors have given Naruto new personalities making him far more appealing than the original. Someone mentioned Chasing Naruto, which is a good example of what I meant.
About your Itachi appearance, it was slightly on the OC side. Then, it was a bit brief to have a fair comment. It was appropriate nonetheless, and it did complete the story on Sasuke’s end regarding his lifetime goal.
