You are insane to call this an odd pairing! Out of the box pairings are the best! And how you wrote it... wow, it just goes to show that with great talent you can write about anything and it will stil come out awesome. i thoroughly enjoyed this story. I hope to read more from you!

Oh fabulous! I'm so glad it was Genma who got Kakashi! Oh and the line about kissing scars and then the kiss of his scar. I love stories were broken, scarred disillusioned men decide to take a risk and fall in love again. I loved the bit about Kakashi's pants--great touch! The bar flashback was great too.

Normally Kaka/Gai makes me shudder but I just had to read for the Genma action and it was definitely delicious! I thought it was funny that it actually took them years to realize that they might actually have real feelings for each other. I really like it so far, is there going to be more?

This is really, really, really, really, REALLY GOOD!!!! I hope that Kakashi n Genma will get toghter for real, but it's your story and you do what you want and I'll still love this!!!

I like this take on Kakashi and Genma--it makes sense. Wow--what a confession--I can't wait to hear it. I have no idea if this is going to go Kakashi/Gai or Kakashi/Genma at the end all--but hope everybody stays friends. Thanks for sharing!

Kakashi/Genma is not a strange pairing, and certainly not the way you've put it! I really, really liked it! I hope you're going to write more fics like that :) I would read all of them, I promise and even review, which I rarely do, but this is, I guess a special occasion!

Oh wow, this is so good! I just loved the way it flowed, and the pairing was just fun! Definately worth a read or three.
