I skipped 4 because I would have bugged out about if Naruto was going to be raped-which thankfully he wasn't (scarily I almost typed she). The actions scene went pretty well- I could follow the fight pretty well for the most part and I am so happy that you sparred Naruto. I'm also happy to see Sasuke get to come in. Itachi was extremely cool, and got to be the brother he can't be in the anime.

I say keep it Sasu/Naru. When you wrote the bit with Gaara it was more 'kindred spirits' than sweaty palms and butterflies. I love Gaa/Naru stories but in this Gaara seems like he would be the family that Naruto really needs on top of his best friend/confidant/protector. I could see the Sabaku family taking Naruto in whenever he was in need and being there for him in their own unorthodox way. And of all the things Naruto really needs- a refuge where he can actually be himself without any judgement or pressure is right near the top of the list. Love the story so far by the way. Keep it up!

By the way... Did Sasuke and Itachi ever have it out about Naruto? Does Sasuke know that this is because of Naruto's mother?

hello, um well just wanted to say that your story is something else. I can honestly say that i have never read anything like this before and that is saying something. I think i have read all of the stories for sasunaru here on this site (yea i know i have no life :) ) and i haven't met so far a story that has touched me in a intellectual level. The way your mind works is something else you can honestly take this story in so many levels. You can actually make naruto's mom so desperate to keep naruto away from sasuke she can threaten him into killing herself or she could go as far as to threaten naruto about hurting sasuke.
Me and my friend meet once every week (again no lifes wat so ever.)just to talk because we both work hectic hours and your story came up and since both of us have taken criminal profiling classes in college we saw how this story was just so unique. (by the way she gives you big props on the story too.) well going back to the point i'm just saying that your story is really great your doing a great job and if you want my two cents just let me know.:) sorry if i ranted on you i tend to that sometimes.

It would be fun to see Sasuke & Gaara competing for Naruto's attention. Will Naruto have to hide that he is close to an Uchiha again from his mother?

Will Itachi have a renewed interest in Naruto's well-being?

Horray! An update! So they're finally get to see each other again. I can't wait to read Sasuke's reaction and Naru's as well. Thank goodness Naru has made some friends that don't judge him. I'm afraid that he'll need them real soon. Anyway, looking forward to your next update whenever that may be.

You were scaring the pants of me before about this chapter and how you'd thought Id hate it but I actually really really really liked it xD I liked the Gothic Lolita Alice picture you painted with Naruto and yes I jumped up and down (albeit in my head) when he told them he liked being called Naruto and that it's a guilty pleasure. It should be more than that tho! Tis his name! But I really like Gaara and Haku (lol Temari is questionable seeing as how her art comes before everything, including a person bleeding too much in an alley way) and that they've befriended one another. Three cheers for Naru and Sasu still remembering one another! (Guess it would kind of be hard not to) And Oh snap! Sasuke to the rescue for his fallen (er, fainted) angel! Lol the females in class are probably livid xD I'm really looking forward to the next chapter to see how things play out between Naru and Sasu! I'm sure there's no way he's turning down being in charge of showing "Rini" around now xD XOXOXs! Kei-Chan

I like this story, you should definitely continue- I know exactly how you feel,because it's depressing when one puts so much effort and love into writing a story and people read it, but don't review...
