Had a chance to re-read these two chapters and its refreshing because I had forgotten some of the events. However, aside from that Suigetsu is one of my favorite characters in this story. I thought it was well done that you have written him as an observant person who annoys others to see their true actions. He understood why Sasuke would do that with Naruto but he noticed that Sasuke’s perception had changed by the act rather then when Sasuke was explaining his idea.

As for Sasuke, he truly understands Naruto's desire for human contact. He does love Naruto. He accepts his personality to the point that he was upset that he had no reaction from Naruto at first but glad later on. He just has a twisted way of showing it that is not straightforward. Naruto his reaction is a psychological one. When he learned of the Kyuubi, he became stronger to prove himself and he was not at the mercy o anyone. He knew what Sasuke was doing to him was wrong, but he was glad in his own way that Sasuke was paying attention to him

As for Karin, she is hilarious in her love for Sasuke. I remember that later on she is an avid supporter. Too bad, she missed this event.

This is a really fantastic story, and I've been following it since the beginning. I can't remember if I've ever reviewed before, and if I haven't forgive me. One of my favorites. However, what happened to the other seven chapters? I am looking forward to reading more, hopefully.

sometimes a rewrite in needed in order to make the story flow better. and as horribly as i have reread this story in it's incomplete form i just know that it is going to get even better. the first time you wrote this chapter you didn't have as much of sasuke's thoughts as you do now and i like it. the thought of ssuke having dirty dreams about naruto tripped me out. i look forward to the rewrites and the how they inspire you to finish the story especially since the last time he was dying after having fought itachi and on his way to the village. can't wait for the next chapter.

I always liked this story. honestly I say good job in going back and reworking it. If thats what needs to be done then do it. I tend to rework mine many different times before I ever can achieve what I want from them... I still haven't posted any of them for exactly that reason but thats another matter entirely. All I have to say is do what needs to be done not what they want you to do. your entirely right that people don't appreciate the fact that these are free stories written on YOUR personal time and that the author is NOT there to be at their beck and call just cause they're bored. years ago someone special once told me when I was feeling bogged down for just this reason "They're your words so you call the shots. Write for you because it makes you happy and stop trying to cater to everyone else."

you gave a sound reason for your choice to do this. even if you hadn't its still YOUR choice cause its YOUR story. I think if thats not good enough for some people then that is their problem not yours.

Thank you for writing this and add to it when you feel its time. I think that those who truly think its good enough will be waiting for it anyways despite all their bitching.

Well considering how the manga is turning out there should be new fodder for your story in regards to Itachi and Sasuke. I really enjoyed the previously written version becuase it was well hot. So, I will wait till see where you go with this one. Thanks for not abandoning it. That would have been sad.
