As i read the first chapter of this fic, i thought it was the only one, so I was almost bracing myself to face a deathfic (something I dislike entirely, but sometimes I read one… I am a masochist, it seems). At the end I felt even worse, since I liked it so freaking much.

The grammar, the flowing of the plot seen in Naruto’s perceptive, the almost languid pace burning through my mind, I loved it all, I could feel Naruto’s pain, his struggles and his despair and it felt completely true.

In the end, I appreciated Kisame and Itachi’s appearance, as it is unusual from who usually helps Naruto, and I found it absolutely awesome how you handled the two nuke–nins. Itachi’s words of semi–comfort towards Naruto nearing his death were…

Just wow.

So when it finished, and I thought Naruto was really dead, I was on the verge of tears. That’s when I noticed there was a ‘next chapter’ link.

I was sure there would be Tsunade’s reaction to Naruto’s dead, and maybe Naruto’s friends’ as well. And I was nicely surprised… but that’s another review entirely you’ll receive in a sec. :3

Anyway, that prologue is the start of something good. I don’t want this to be a side fic to your other projects, I want it to be a fic you have interest and concentration for, because it’s too good for you to pass up on such wonderful plot.

Please.

First chapter after the prologue, and I am reading it with my heart thumping. I had expected Naruto to be dead, and to only read the village’s reactions –something I don’t freaking care for, since I hate Konoha with all my being…

And I was surprised. I loved this chapter even more. Kisame’s perspective throughout the whole chapter were absolutely thought out and perfected over the character, so IC I was in awe reading. He is Kisame, with this nice side he denies to have.

Gods, it’s awesome.

Itachi’s reactions were for me the best written parts, as you managed to have him act Itachi–like even when he’d do things Itachi wouldn’t normally do. It was perfect, and all in all, I enjoyed reading and felt utterly devastated I had finished the chapters to read ;_;

Jeez, but really. It was so good. SO good.

I saw this in the yaoi category so I was wondering whether it’d be an ItaNaru fanfic, or even a KisaItaNaru threesome. Don’t be grossed out if this wasn’t your goal, I love both.

ItaNaru is my OTP, and I was wondering, hoping in fact, that it’d become this. Is it too much to ask from you? *puppy eyes*

Anyway, back to the fic. Naruto was broken, and even if in the end Kisame and Itachi are trying to get him healthy so that in the end they’d extract kyuu–chan, I wonder if in the end this fic is only a way for Naruto to have a somewhat nice death. being walked down to his death by Itachi and Kisame, leaving behind in them something to remember.

I dearly hope this won’t continue as deathfic ;_;

But still, great work. It helps more you have a good grammar, with some mistakes here and there (like a “you’re” instead of a “your”) so maybe a BETA would do your case. Anything to have more of this fic.

I'm so glad Naruto is alive! I love how you wrote Kisame; trying to remain a hard-ass but not doing a very good job, dealing with a terrified Naruto. And Itachi, holding Naruto and talking softly to him to calm him. Is this going to become an ItaNaru fic? Or maybe a KisNaru? Either way, this story is fantastic! Update when you get a chance! Can't wait to see what happens next!

I love how you´ve written Kisame. How he struggled to say "please". *grins*
Actually I didn´t like him very much, but now... It´s an absolutely different side and I´m intrigued to read more about him and the bond he may (will/does already?) develop with Naruto. I do not think my brain could cope with something sexual between these two *shudders* (and you already wrote that Kisame buys women for his needs) but a friendship sounds interesting. Everyone wants to be friends with Naruto. Okay, everyone, except most of the Konoha citizens.

What did Itachi say to Naruto?
And will they find him some Ramen?

You should call yourself 'Master of the angst'. Although 'More than I appear' is alright seeing as it's been a while since I've seen professional angst such as this. This is totally pro, you are truely a master of angst and writing. Can't wait for your next installment!

Wow. For something you didn't really take seriously for, this fic is turning out quite good. I like all the angst in the beginning and the follow up with Kisame's point of view. It's interesting that you followed with Kisame rather than Itachi, it's a refreshing point of view. And I have to admit, I wasn't expecting Itach and Kisame at all. I can't wait for the next chapter, Naru-kun's gonna look so cute in that kimono. Though I wonder why Kisame thought to dress him up as a girl...hmm...

W/e it is you're doing with this story i enjoy it alot. It's just...different i guess. Especially with someone like Kisame and even Itachi in the mix. It's a very interesting dynamic i suppose. Pls, get bored again soon and update this lol! Great chap.

Wow, this story is so good! That first chapter almost made me cry, and I love how sweetly those two are treating Naruto in the second. Keep up the wonderful work!
