Good chapter, I don't know how old they are but naruto wasn't any better than sakura in training wise. He was left abandoned also, when Kakashi trained Sasuke. Naruto literally in the manga had to find his way, which, ended him up with ebisu then jiraiya. So Naruto always had the more harsher part of the deal. And if you think kakashi was training naruto in the shippuuden if you see clearly he didn't stay long just popped in a few times to see how he was doing. Naruto ended doing things himself once again. I don't know just pointing some things out to help you I guess. SO if you see Naruto has been alone in his training since the whole manga started, the only one that actually put time in training him was jiraiya to help him equal akatsuki. Sakura also had to train with Godaime, but she had something naruto didn't at an early age, acceptance, love(parents), friends, and someone to cry on. But who was left more vulnerable, lonely, and left his heart exposed to the world to acknowledge him I wonder? Who did naruto have when he grew up?

Sorry just I really like naruto, just want things to justify the real him, not an occ naruto many of this site creates.

Seriously she deserved it, maybe in a more harsher setting to prove the point. It's true if your whole life you dedicated to take care and even risk you life for, just belittles you and puts you aside. It gets to you overtime. Naruto is no exception. Yes, I know that later he is going to forgive her because that is what Naruto is, he isn't an asshole he is a forgiving person. But I think you should hit the point with Sakura even more, because if Naruto just comes back it would be kind of stupid in my opinion. You have to think of Naruto's pride also, it has been tarnished by her since they've been in the academy. He isn't a love sick puppy anymore, he is a man. Though a man still in love, it still has to prove a point in my book. She has to work for things to find respect, care, and love from a lover's touch.
