Seeing Sasuke so worried and pretty much a wreck for Naruto's sake is so sweet... Loved it!!

Awww...yeah, nearly or actually losing someone is an experience that can really alter someone's personality. I'm not surprised he took it so hard.

wow. where to start, where to start? This was an amazingly done piece. you made me cry, you made me sad, and you made me want to cheer when i realized, they will be okay. the thing that really got me about this story is that i've had to deal with somebody hurt very seriously in a car accident several times through out my life. the entire story, the plot, the poignancy, the desperate need to trade anything and everything just for one more night with them so that they'll know everything they need to know before they die is something that i can completely understand and relate to.

i could feel sasuke's desperation as he prayed, as he paced and as he fought desperately against himself and his way of life to just prove to naruto, though he couldn't really see or tell, that he really did care. it was beautifully done. sasuke was perfect, remaining in character and depressingly real as he raged against fate.

sakura and ino (lovers in this maybe or just friends?) were the perfect pinnacles of strength that sasuke needed as he faced his lover lying helplessly on the hospital bed. they were both so very well written, intent on both helping naruto get better and on making sure that sasuke didn't lose himself to his grief. i really liked the way you wrote the two of them.

and itachi! that bastard! but good ending and good for sasuke for making his move. i wish you would write an addition to this to tell us readers how it went. how itachi was doomed to life behind bars for dui, for arson and attempted murder with arson and all the other things that itachi was so very guilty of.

i am glad that you gave it a happy ending. i really would love to just see the next part of their story though (not that i'm hinting at anything!)

but this story, it made me cry. the characters, though pretend characters in a pretend world, had this realness to them that amazed me. i could see this happening. the suave, sophisticated buisness man determined to maintain a perfect image with his secret, male lover hiding in his home. the way sasuke interacted with other people was real, the way sasuke depended on naruto and didn't even know it was real. it was beautiful in it's reality.

you did a wonderful job with this. i hope you get a ton of reviews because i'm seriously going to pimp your story out, if you don't mind. (*is a pimp sometimes*)

amazingly well done. keep it up.
