Dude this story was sweet i also read about your not proffesional or anything but by far this was along one of he most erotic naru/tsu pairings ive read most ive read tsunade to ooc but i fnd that tsunade in ur story is exact to the character (just with a fetish for little blond haired, blue eyed, ramen topping named, main characters, with a show named after them) i also love the idea of the medical check up being the base of it , seen it done before and trust me yours is the best from wat ive seen. if u kmow of any other really good naru/tsu ( favorite pairing no matter the genjutsu) tell me and awesome story.

oh yeah forgot to mention pre-time skip naruto and tsunade was an awsome just the idea of naruto (only fav male character) getting some so young is sweet.
