So I finally got here, and managed to catch up with what you have written so far. It's a hell of a set up.
FBI, spy games, torture and all that jazz. I like that you are being careful to flesh out the story, instead of rushing things. That being said, I will be anxiously waiting for Sasuke and Naruto to finally meet up. I am curious as to how the first meeting will go, how you will go about building a relationship and also the nature of the relationship they will have.
I angsted hard at the Sasuke/Suigetsu, since I have labeled Sasuke's ass as belonging exclusively to Naruto. So there is simply no pleasing me on that front. I felt sorry for Sakura, being in that kind of relationship; but I completely buy into the dynamics of her marriage to Sasuke. I honestly can't imagine a marriage between the two going any better than that, despite knowing that Sasuke really does care for her.
Naruto as an FBI agent- I can dig it. The new rookie nine, the code names and Ibiki (got to have Ibiki there, man), it works. I am wondering if you did a lot of research, or are you winging it based on spy-thrillers. Either way, heck of an attention to detail.
There are some minor errors in some of the chapters, but nothing to call the FBI about, or Sasuke. He is a scary bastard, isn't he?
I give whole-hearted love to any story where Naruto is not portrayed as some idiot. So thanks for that, love.

So, bottom line so far: It's an interesting plot with great potential. I am hoping I will get pulled in as the story progresses. Update me when new chapters come out, I will keep reading and reviewing.

Damn. This is getting good. Curse you for updating when I have to go to work. D: I know how Sasuke feels. One minute to breathe, come home and people white, sit down for a minute...and then you get called in to work. XD It's a vicious cycle. You can never really settle things with the people you live with and you never have time to do what you really want to do. Yep, I totally feel connected to Sasuke in this fic. I feel your pain, Sasuke! I'm feeling it! Lol

Thanks for the new chapter! Looks like Naruto and Sasuke are going to be neighbors! I'm glad that they are getting closer to meeting. Sasuke sure is heartless when it comes to torturing or killing people. It's hard to see how he can get away with it and not go to jail at least, at the end.

Ah, I love a competent Naruto! It gets really old when Naruto is stupid or completely uke-ish, blushing and stuttering all the time. Hmm...am I ranting? *shrugs* Anyway, I don't know if you're NaruSasu or SasuNaru, but I'm so glad Naruto is being badass. Lurves you!

Ah! It's all just too exciting! But how is Sasuke going to come to the good side? He seems so deep into the organization, that I can't see him getting off scot-free after the FBI raids everything. Hmmm.... I can't wait until the next update!
