YOur secret laws of Konoha idea is BRILLIANT! Simply brilliant and they flow so well with the series. Hell, I wouldn't be suprised if you find other fanfic writers stealing these for their own fics. It just fits so well.
That said, you have no idea how much this chapter sucked me in and forced me to the edge of my seat while reading it. I was all like "Ohmigosh!!" and "Oh no!" and felt so upset along with Naruto when he freaked out at the news and feared his impending death! The secret laws make so much sense with his attitude towards others and his behaviors within the villiage, but the 5th one is just cruel. :( Though I just love his hidden confession of revealing Jiraiya got him laid either dispite the law or before he was 15 while away on that 2 1/2 year training mission after Sasuke's defection. ^^ It would so totally figure that would happen. And you rock.
I can't wait for the next chapter! :D

i return from otakon and i get two great new chapters thanks. i like that you had sasuke and naruto talk and began to straighten their relationship out. or at the first least straighten out their feelings for one another. i am enjoying the pace that you have set the story by. i thought that their chaste kiss was just appropiate before finding out the heavy news of naruto being pregnant. i found the unwritten rules of konoha to be interesting and original. although i wonder how the council made the unwritten rules of konoha without the knowledge of the hokage. especially when you consider the first couple of rules was agreed between the hokage and the coumcil but all the other rules were approved by just the council only. how could the fifth not know about the rule about him not having sex since that rule had to have been made during her tenure as hokage. what about the council and there interference in sasuke and naruto's relationship. is the loopole of the unwritten rules is that naruto is not to have sex with someone who can reproduce. or does the councul want naruto to remain a virgin. i can't wait to see what you do next in this story.

I apologize to everyone right now for reviewing twice, I know I shouldn't but... I have to.
tealeavesgreen - I'm Japanese. Native-born Japanese. If I can deal with reading some words that aren't used in the exact way they were intended to be then you surely can. I haven't seen Tiki Rane Gobell claim to be fluent in Japanese or even say that she understands it at all and unless she said such a thing you have to assume she's got minimal knowledge on the subject. People write these stories for fun, they write because it entertains people and because it's something they're passionate about. I think it's completely pathetic that you went out of your way to register here on aff.net just to post some stupid comment on a story that you probably haven't even read. The author doesn't deserve to see that when she logs in, it was an absolutely pointless thing to do.
As far as you and your friends on the fanficrants LJ community closing the window when you see "an unnecessary Japanese word" I just pity you. You're missing out on a lot of good plot lines, good writing and good stories in general. It's sad, really, because you seem to be literate enough... but no matter how literate you may or may not be the fact that you're being judgmental (and unnecessarily so) cancels out everything else.
Get a life, move on and don't bother harassing authors who are doing the best they can... especially when their best is as awesome as TRG's.

eek! I've been looking forward to this new chapter!! I loved it! So Sasuke and Naruto are gunna leave in search for Jiraiya. Heh, maybe love will ensue? Hopefully they won't get attacked!

I was sooooo hoping that the title of the chapter ("Jealousy and a Sober Kiss") was actually referring to Sasuke getting over himself a little bit and... well... doing THAT. I think he's adorable when jealous, and this chapter just made my obsession with jealous/possessive!Sasuke even worse. I know I said it before but I think that your strongest point of all is how you manage to keep everyone so much like their true selves, it's something that a lot of people can't do or don't even try to do.
I've been giving the idea behind the story a lot of thought (all the science, which I actually seem to understand for some strange reason o.O) and I think that it's the most original ideas I've seen before. I mean, I've seen M-Preg via Kyuu's influence, but never something that seemed so... genetically possible? I don't know if that's the right term, but yeah, just... go you! lol
I feel the need to offer some kind of constructive criticism... but I can't really think of anything *sweatdrop* Uhh... Well I suppose it wouldn't hurt to see a little more of the other characters, but I don't think it's really NEEDED. It would just add a little more depth to weave in some sub-plot-plots. But at the same time I don't know if it would take away from the main plot, so I'm at a loss as to whether I should even suggest anything like that.
ANYWAYS, I really hope you keep updating at this kind of speed since normally I have to wait like... two weeks or so between chapters of a story that's this well written. I mean, there were some grammar mistakes, but in all fairness you did warn us and they were hardly noticeable with all the stuff going on. And I just got the new HP book too, so I think it's fair if updates are a BIT rarer xD
