I liked it. I think you should continue. Maybe try writing how Naruto has to adjust being back in the village, and needing sex, Sasuke trying to help him with his problem. etc

very fast... but not in a entiraly good way. they havn't seen each other in years and within the first half hour(?) thier already having hot man sex? even though i like naruto's 'problem' that could've been cool if u had sasuke refuse (cuz he's supposed to be a friend or watever..) that first night and then dunno after some stuff in the village a night er 2 later sasuke gives in and... WALAH! lol good plot though! i've already read nearly all the ideas that were wit itachi n naruto part in dif. fic.'s ....except for the belt... may-b its just me but i never actully READ with that done 0.0 personally i think rewrote with a little more details or somethin to slow it down a notch would make this atleast 4*'s(outta 5)
p.s. if u do decide to continue this story, i just had to ask. "did naruto REALLY completly escape, or has he been sent or somthin by the evil caniving itachi? o.-?
