1. I love this
2. Some grammar/typo issues before I expand on how much I love this
The sun rose in the east and set in the west. Ibiki and Neji did their best to avoid eachother [insert space] and when they met (as was inevitable when you held the same rank in a shinobi vilage[spelling]) they said nothing more than was sessasary.[spelling]
Also at the end when the smile creeps over Ibiki, it should be "crept"
3. Kakashi's jutsu for not seeing his face--awesome! The drinking scenes, the gym scenes--it really makes you feel like you live in the village--wonderful. And Ibiki and Neji--ah, fucking wonderful!
I know I'll be rereading this again and again--thanks for writing and posting this!

It's so refreshing to see people taking leaps into the unknown and write about pairings that is way out there... And very nicely written as well. Good job on this one Andy. I like it very much.

First off, I'm glad that this is a long one-shot. Hell, it could have been even longer if you'd detailed some more interaction between Ibiki and Neji, especially on/after the mission, but what has come out is pure crack-genius. Crack is actually hard to write, and many authors don't handle it well. They assume crack means side-splitting hilarity and try too hard to make it work. Crack simply means, to me I guess, off the beaten path fiction. I've never even considered such a pairing, but you somehow convinced me that they can work.
Now that's good crack.

Ohhhhhh.... I *liked* this. A lot. Starting from the all-you-can eat testosterone buffet at the gym, right through the men's room scene (Neji's hair- so yummy), and the ensuing "relationship" complete with Gai's concern and Neji's embarrassment. OH- and Ibiki's talk. I love Ibiki's tasty talk. Beautifully done.
I know you're juggling a lot of different ideas, but I'm *really* hoping this isn't the last we see of this pairing from you. =D
