You know it is quite frustrating to give Harry Naruto's history why not deviate from it? I mean instead of having the kage die in sealing the demon in a child have the child stumble across some forbidden summoning ritual, let's say a couple of the village elders summoning a demon in an attempt to create a new bloodline only to be discovered halfway through and botching the ritual. They panic and accuse the child of releasing the demon only for the Raikage to banish him for his own protection.
I have read a few stories where that was where the more original blood lines came from, the demon is bound to an individual whose children would then have a unique bloodline from there on out combine recent work with a medic nin on Harry's eyes and the healing he has gone through to repair the damages that the Dursley's did and Harry's magic and it might mean that a new dou-jitsu might as well as regenerative abilities might surface in Harry himself without having to wait for his progeny. If I were to give him any particular eyes maybe something like Death sight (both medical applications and a form a foresight where he could tell how close to death a person was and maybe even be able to alter that fate by making suggestions that would alter missions more advance forms could include more specifically how a person would die) or Soul sight(would be able to tell what type a person an individual was and a more advanced form would be able to tell what type of person an individual would become if they continue on the current path they travel and the step beyond would be able to figure out what actions and directions could alter that fate, this ability would also be able to tell when a soul is in a body that it is not meant for and probably could be used to 'see' Hocruxes and maybe even follow the thin threads that would connect bits of a torn soul together) It could take years for a dou-jitsu to surface so it might not be something that you would have to decide on right away and there might not be any foreshadowing of it in the story at all just all of a sudden Harry's eyes would go infinite abyssal black and he would no longer just see the real world.
When Harry does go to Hogwarts maybe you should take a more realistic twist. Instead of him being tracked down by Dumbledore or one of his associates make it so that the Dursley's moved from the country or died in a house-fire so as that when Harry does not respond in time Dumbledore thinks he is either lost or dead. Harry still being on the list to go to Hogwarts still gets an invitation only it takes several months for a persistent owl to finally make it to the hidden countries and even when it finally gets there the poor bird is offed by a kunai when it flies across a training ground of a genin team. So Harry eventually receives his letter, middle of September way past the given deadline. The Hokage of course would not send qualified ninja (even genin if you were to have Harry graduate the academy before he was 11) into unknown territory on their own without at least some recon (if I were him, going on the premise that the British wizarding world was not known of before, I would first send in an ANBU team to analyze the threat that wizards pose and to gather some more specific information) and even once information was known you would think the mission would be for Harry's team to infiltrate the school while avoiding detection... maybe have the Weasley twins be the first to discover the team and what would Kanoha do if they had the Philosopher stone? Ironic wouldn't it be if Harry stole it where in cannon he saved it?
Please what ever you do don't make a four genin team as there were other genin that passed the Academy but failed the jounin instructors' tests and were forced to try again the following year so it could be easily said to shuffle one of the cannon Rookie 9 into one of the failed teams to keep the numbers even. There is a suggestion that the reason Naruto could not make the Bunshin is that he has too much chakra hence why he was able to master the Kage Bunshin combined with his lack of focus on theory and he was dead last in the academy, if Harry were to have a similar problem with chakra but studied his ass off with encouragement of his mum then it is possible that he could take Sakura's place on Team 7 or if he were to persevere maybe Sasuke's. I do like the idea of when it comes time for Dumbledore to investigate the team that is sent that Naruto is told that he can do magic while Sasuke is informed he is a squib (able to see magic but not able to cast) I really like the idea that magic and chakra are totally different systems though they could still effect each other and even be used to imitate the other in its most basic ideas.
Personally I would really like to see a Harry/Naruto pairing(even if it is just experimentation or for occasional comfort) though I think if you were to do a Draco/Sasuke the sheer mass of their combined egos would form a singularity where no matter what they are told their belief in their superiority would be absolute.
I will try to read regardless of what pairings you use though I would end up skimming any graphic heterosexual stuff. I really hope you don't fall into the standard cliches,

I do like this so far. It's a rather interesting premise with Harry being found by the Raikage. Many Harry Potter/Naruto crossovers I have come across have Harry starting out in Konoha. If the pairing is het, I'd like to see Temari/Harry. Yaoi/slash pairing I would like to see Harry with either Kakashi or Shikamaru...I just love that lazy genius...XD
