Yay! Welcome back!!! Wonderful chapter - I just wish we had a bit from Kakashi's perspective. Ya know he is thinking...but what? I am looking forward to the next chapter!

:DDDD I love this story, and I'm very pleased that you updated! I was amused to hear that you didn't know what was going to happen- it seems that happens to a lot of people. XD I usually don't make suggestions because, hey, I think it's kind of odd and awkward if someone already has a set storyline, but for a fuzzy future? FAIR GAME YAY <3 It's okay not to know what's GOING to happen as long as you know what already has happened- who helped them leave? How much of the village is involved in this? I'd imagine the lid blew off the Hokage Tower when Kakashi turned up missing- are certain people not looking quite as hard for them as they otherwise could be? Maybe several someones. :3 How this all happened to begin with- was it Itachi, as everyone assumes, or was it Tobi, or was it Sasuke? Sasuke-as-true-villain through some angst-worthy can't-let-you-leave and I-won't-go-back-but-won't-kill-you-either huge showdown was a pet theory of mine for a while, and I still feed it kitchen scraps.
And Tsunade just... frustrated and KNOWING that several someones know where they are, but not WHICH someones or how much each of them know, and not really wanting to arrest Iruka and toss Kakashi in a jar... but having "responsibility" and "duty" riding her shoulders. Just this... people trying hard but not QUITE as hard as they really could have. Of being torn. It's pretty awesome.
I have this vision of Ibiki setting the search maps and making the patrols all overlap and rotating them properly... except for this one tiny quarter-mile slice that, no matter how you turn the map and squint, never seems to get searched. Or is only "searched" by certain people.
HEEE, they're so cute together, and the way you write Kakashi is heartbreaking and ADORABLE, OMGBBQINTERNETSHORTHAND. Just... yes. Very nice. _I_ am waiting to see what happens next, too- it's so sweet that Kakashi doesn't have nightmares with Iruka, or perhaps he has one and wakes up and remembers it? Are they DISCOVERED? Does Kakashi remember from the beginning forward (childhood first) or the present backwards, does he remember it all or (my favorite pet what-if) around 1/2 to 2/3 of his life, and there are chunks that stay missing forever? It has to be odd to just not HAVE pieces of your life and know them only from other people's stories.
And my ultimate burning question for about ELEVEN chapters now- WHAT WILL PAKKUN SAY? When he finally relearns/remembers/figures out the summoning jutsu, someone is going to be MAULED by a pack of dogs. You thought it was bad when you were gone for a week on vacation, boy....

*glomps fyrbyrd* gah.. I loved this chappie! ya know.. I think I`ve zoomed my 7th senses in on this story. coz each time my head goes.. "OOoOOh I really hope fyrbyrd update soon.." TADA!! only a day later and It`s here! and gah.. this smex was so sweet and *sigh* I loved it. *dreamy eyes* thank you!! i`m glad to see kakahsi happy. yupps! ^_^
