Write IN character please, and if you can't, then pick a character like Tenten or Tayuya who doesn't have enough character that you can just make her your own plaything.

Naruto would fuck Sakura if she wanted him. The only reason he wouldn't is if he thought she didn't love him. It would have nothing to do with friends or anything like that.

Sakura would never fuck Naruto unless she had a reason. "Looking good" doesn't do it. Naruto has to be romantic. He has to break through her misconceptions and make her happy and then she'll fuck him. That's the only way it's going to work. You could do this easily, but if you're not going to take the time to write characters properly, then just write generic smut and don't constrain yourself to the Naruto fandom.
