GAH!!! Oh no how evil to leave it off just like that!!! I know the whole het sex was important but I seriously seriously (I meant it double time hahaha) that Sakura does not get pregnant or else I may have to kill her. hahaha... When Sakura was growing up, she always thought it would be with Sasuke. Ah the irony as her first time happens with someone who was thinking of Sasuke too. hehehe
Personally, I don't see why people should get all up in arms about a little hentai. Its all good. ^^ I'm sorta glad Sakura didn't reject him for being the fox vessel. Too many stories make the characters 2 dimensionally bad. Of course, this will complicate things for Naruto as he has to actually sort out his feelings.
