After all he went through Shikamaru still couldn't have the one he treasured most. *cries* I hate when stories play with my emotions!!! Actually I love it because it meant the story was written well. I hope this isn't the end. I want to see Shikamaru finally happy. Damn them Uchihas!!! Forever messing something up!!! Even in the actual storyline!!! Anyways I hope that one day you will write more!! I love this story and I plan to tell my husband all about it. I'm sure she would be happy to read it too. We have the same taste in stories...heh heh.

Please, please, please don't tell me you're abandoning the story! Will they ever see each other again? Will Naruto be put in witness protection programme to? Will Sasuke get what is coming to him for ratting out Shika and Naruto? Will this story have a happy ending?
Sorry for the onslaught of questions, but this story is just too good to be left unfinished and I'm afraid curiosity is getting the best of me. I do hope you'll get around to writing more lovely chapter for this fanfic.

Shika can't manage to keep his clothes on or be happy in this one, can he? Poor guy. And the Akatsuki as a mob is great. I like it. And I'm betting the white haired guy was Jiraiya. Very good so far. Can't wait to see what happens next, what with the witness protection and the lvoe confession. Thanks for another amazing story!

Awww... that's so sad... Brilliantly written although the characterizations are somewhat random. But that tends to happen with AU anyway.

Mm there are not enough Naru/Shika fics... and I hope to see this finished soon!!!
Shika's life has really sucked so far and the emotions you portray really emit from the "pages". I'd like to see what Naruto does in the meantime, while Shika is away. What of Sasuke and Itachi? Jiraiya? Who was the undercover agent? (my suspicions point to Itachi just cuz lol)
I enjoyed Sai and Shika's time together, though short. I'm a silent Sai-fangirl so a little love on his end makes me smile ^__^
How will the rest of Akutsuki be caught? Who escaped and who was captured in the raid? Soooo many unanswered questions!! Please continue this story. I'd like to see an end ^__^

Hey, is there going to be an epilogue? I'd like that. The Akatsuki is brought down, the school has realized what a fuck up they made when they believed Neji and Sasuke, speaking of which - what happened to Sasuke? Shouldn't he be arrested as an accessory to kidnapping? And the Uchiha family brought to shame, along with Gaara and Kankuro. What if Gaara and Kankuro had the same issue Shikamaru had, only with Temari being captive (and forced to whore herself or something, then she'd be kept in line with threats to her brothers... possibilities). Yeah, I'm getting carried away. I really liked! Keep writing stories about Shika, I love him. No mention of Shika's smarts (though it is AU - he doesn't have to be smart, but it's part of who he is). Yes, if you're interested I have read nearly all your stories. And reviewed like none. I'm not much of a reviewer unless I have something I really want to say, like an opinion or request.

this is a great story, and it's really original. i love shikamaru in this, and i was so worried a couple of times! he od-ed?? OD-ED?? shame on shika...*shakes head* well, i knew he was gonna when he didn't pay attention. anyway... i couldn't believe sai died! that was sad. and now the witness protection program??!? please tell me this isn't finished!! there has to be more, shika and naru need a happy ending!! please write more, i'll be watching!~
