Hmmm, well, I don't like a lot angst, so I'm suffering a bit here. I loved the sexual tension and early chapters (Sasuke being the cake factory was an awesome line). I wanted Ibiki/Gaara, but you sold me on Ibiki/Sasuke. The dark chapters are pretty damn dark; however, I actually had to skip some bits to not get freaked out. I'm a wuss. But I'm hoping for a happy kinky ending, so I'll be checking in on this periodically.

again. It seem that in my day off work, there is nothing better to do then read you fics. Keep it coming, can wait for more. Now i'm intrigued, in these updates it appears that Sasuke x Ibiki is compromized. Well, only you can tale. Update soon.
Ps: as for Sasuke, I do not find him being a whiny bitch. Everyone as his moment. In your fic, I felt it works with your plot very well. Anyway, Sasuke in my eyes is a very strong character but emo none the less. Ohh! I love puzzles, so keep the song quote coming, I least it keeps me occupy while a wait for more. Another question: is there going to be another vote for the next character or you will bring it on. Also, hope for a Gaara update. I know, I ask too much.

You got me all excited!!! And then I realized I'd read this chapter already. lol.
Still, it's a kick ass chapter. I'm glad that Sasuke picks himself up and is determined to prove Ibiki wrong about him. Despite how very messed up and broken he is, at least he knows what he wants, is man enough to admit it and brave enough to fight for it.
And I loved the running symbolism of laughter! It makes the nerdy English major in me sing and dance for joy! XD

Poor Sasuke. He's been so abused and fucked up (literally and figuratively) from an early age. I mean, really, who trains a little kid to be an assasin? Poor baby. I just want to hug him.
You wrote that chapter beautifully and made me feel his pain, his despair, his total sense of isolation from the world around him, and his tiny, tiny little seedling of hope. I'm glad he pulled it together in the end. I really am. And I so can't wait for him to prove Ibiki wrong!

Oh, and I meant to add this in my review, just for a bit of help. For formatting use these brackets <> around the text you want formatted. For italics insert an "i" as in or "b" for bold "u" for underline and I think "s" for strikethrough.
Again, I can't tell you enough how much I'm completely loving this fic. In fact, I totally think you should join y!gallery so I can pimp your work to EVERYONE and get you the loving fanbase you deserve for your mastery. Think about it.... ;)
I also forgot to mention how excited you've made me for Kakashi! I imagine it's got to be very interesting to provide background semi-parental support for a child/teen assasin in your life.

Wow, that was pretty intense! But I’ve been working up to read some ansty intensity and this chapter fitted so well in explaining Sasuke’s emotional instability and why he has such an obsession of maintaining his self-control. You had to go there with the incest/Uchihacest, didn’t you (shouts “Chinatown”!); in fact I was WAITING for it (nods head – um-hmm, uh-huh). And I enjoyed his come-back – despite everything Sasuke went through, his will to live his life can’t be diminished or subjugated.
But now that Sasuke has finally come to face and accept the sources of his perversions and madness, how will he deal with them regarding Ibiki? Will he feel the same towards Ibiki? Will he say, “This really isn’t my true feelings towards Ibiki; that’s just my twisted madness during my times with Itachi and Orochimaru trying to take over and act out”.
Now it seems like Ibiki also needs to do a little soul-searching as to why he likes dishing out pain. Whatever’s in his twisted background, both he and Sasuke seem to share the need to control
Oh, I've yet to submit anything on this site so I don't know how it handles formating like italics, but typically in hypertext language, for italics you use and the beginning of what you want italicized, and end it with . Oh, the third chapter is lovely, my dear! Poor little Sasuke, how I love to see thee suffer *sighs* The part I love to death though is when you talk about how he has managed to survive what's been done to him, but hasn't gotten over it and hasn't healed. I also liked this line, '...tension so thick you could cut it with a machete' Very cool, and look forward to more chapters! Yea for you!

I didn’t realize that you added a second and third chapter until today! And to think I almost missed the continuation of this delicious story. But not to worry, I’m going to add my reviews separately for each chapter -- because this story deserves it!
Boy, all these walls everyone’s got. In Ibiki’s case, he almost fell off the wagon! He reminds me a bit of an addict trying to resist the temptation of his drug of choice while trying to deal with an Uchiha that’s starting to come apart at the seams. And I love the turmoil that both of them feel in each other's presence. But to see Sasuke totally loose it like that (not that the guy didn’t deserve it) was so "unprofessional" (not a contract killing) that you can tell Sasuke’s one thread away from completely snapping. Boy, has Ibiki has his hands full – keeping Sasuke under control as well as his own twisted needs.
