Uchihas were actually immune to cuteness of any kind - they had to be, or their own offspring would walk all over them.
That is a true statement. If they were prone to cuteness, the Uchiha's would have the power of rainbows and sunshine and the power to be spoiled rotten. And Sasuke would have wound up being the spoiled pampered baby of the household. ....jeez, that would be a hilarious read, anyways.
This story looks promising, and it's promising to have angst ;_;. XD And fights, wow. They have nothing to do but run, poor things. They'll go crazy.
