What more goodness can I say about this chapter? I thouroughly enjoyed that it focused on showing some of Hinata's strengths. How she can put aside what may be her first reaction in order to look at things from a different perspective. How something that's embarassing or uncomfortable doesn't deter her from getting the answers she needs.
I liked that she didn't make a decision just to make Naruto happy but is really thinking about what she needs to make a situation like theirs work.And I loved that you showed she is not a push over. Kimi's arrogance lets her underestimate Hinata like many before her. She shouldn't let the serene surface fool her. Kimi just laid down a challenge that Hinata has risen to again and again. That's a butt whoop I look forward to.

Oh my gosh,what a good chapter. Maybe it's just me but I thought it was adorable that Takeshi could get Neji to curb his tongue with just a touch and a squeak. That relationship is all types of interesting that I can't hardly wait to see unfold.

I enjoyed the varying emotions conveyed between Naruto,Sasuke,and Hinata throughout this chapter. Naruto was rather sweet in how he eased Hinata's fear of whether he actually wanted to marry her. By telling Hinata he'd have her anyway she was willing showed there wasn't just want involved but love. The kissing and cuddling didn't hurt either^_^. Even his nervousness trying to prepare a perfect meal for Hinata was cute.

During their conversation at dinner you could tell Naruto was still angry about Hiashi's comments. He knows he asks a lot of them both and tries to keep their relationship with him from negatively effecting them as much as possible. It really affects him that people would think less of them because of him.

It surprised me that Hinata took all the possibilities their convo brought up as well as she did. I thought she'd freak at Sasuke's interest in sharing her with Naruto but she really showed her maturity by being calm when faced with it.
It would figure that Sasuke would be the one to freak. He always denied having feelings and desires like the others. His quest for revenge made it easy to surpress it all but now seeing those wants possibly within reach is pretty overwhelming for him. I'm so looking forward to the next update.

Holy crap.

I can't even begin to tell you how much excitement I felt Thursday night when I randomly clicked on this site, a site I hardly ever check anymore, and say your story at the top of the list, still updating, and now 37 chapters long!!! Let me just tell you I've done nothing else on the internet since then but read the damn thing from start through completion.

Still fucking awesome.

I have so many things to rave about in all the new happening since they came back to Konoha that it kinda seems pointless to list them all retroactively going back like 12 or so chapters, so I'll just give you my highlights:

Ack! When Hiashi gave Naruto his consent.. I had this biggest stupidest smile on my face you have no idea. That whole chapter I was just going on an emotional wildride going "ack! Is he going to start some shit?! No! Yes! No! Megaapplause!!!" lol

Of course, my two favorite pairings in the world - NaruSasu and NaruHina. Plus a possible upcoming NaruSasuHina. Eek!

I really really love the dynamic between Kimi and Neji. Keep up the great work. I can't wait to see how that develops.

Oh,wow! What a great chapter. I think you did a great job at conveying Naruto's emotions throughout. His tender feelings were very much on display with Hinata;how she can soothe yet tempt him at the same time. So sweet.

When Naruto was in Hiashi's office his initial nervousness was there but when Hiashi had the nerve to say that about Hinata and Sasuke,I thought Naruto was coming over that desk after him^_^. But his response to Hiashi's question of whether he was Naruto or Kyuubi was priceless. Made all the more potent by the delivery that left no doubt that he almost met Kyuubi face to face.
I wonder if Hinata or Sasuke have had some of the same thoughts about their relationship as Naruto. That might just be the sneaky fox in him coming to the surface^^.
All in all, this was a thouroughly enjoyable chapter. I'm excited that Naruto gets to finally pop the question. Looking forward to the next one.

Lordy, it's been a long time since I've checked in but I was dang grateful to see an update to DC^_^. It was good to catch up on what has been happening . Even though it's been a long time between updates,you didn't miss a beat. The continuity flowed very smoothly throughout the chapter even as you were moving the story forward.
I really enjoyed the deepening mystery of whom Takeshi could be. My guess is that it is Itachi. He fits in with Inoichi's assessment of possible traumatic memory loss.
I also thouroughly enjoyed the Naruto/Sasuke smut^^. I was amused that it never crossed Sasuke's mind that Naruto would want his mates together. I guess in his naivete he thought they would be separate when it came to sex. I can defintely believe that he was thrown for a loop by his arousal at the thought of Hinata joining he and Naruto. Looking forward to the next chapter. Glad to see you back.

So nice to see an update of DC;it made acrappy day a little better^_^. I didn't mind the perspective change at all. I wondered when Neji and Kimi would reappear in the story but the introduction of the ermine raised all kind of questions. Does Neji's lack of negative response mean the ermine might be his familar? For Neji, his treatment of the ermine was awfully nice. I also wonder if maybe it could be a spy for the same group that had Neji before. It may be playing possum,so to speak,until it can strike. Which might be why it seem to take liking to Hinata. It might perceive her as less threatening than Neji or Kimi plus she is main branch. I also wonder if there was a reason for the ermine's instant dislike of Kimi or was that just a predator/prey reaction? I know, questions and more questions but I'm good at questions though I kind of suck at accurate guesses. I only ever succeed in confounding myself^^. I'll leave the unraveling of this mystery in your capable hands. Looking forward to your next update even if it's slacking. Real life trumps fiction nine times out of ten. Enjoy your busy but hopefully fun summer:).

This was a great chapter. I love how after that sexy,aggressive build-up, you left the actions of the night to the reader's imagination. And let me tell you,my imagination didn't lack for situations or positions that put those scratches on Sasuke's back*_^.

I laughed at Sasuke's inner dialouge the morning after. He was simultaneously trying to catergorize aches and pains while also trying to ignore what caused said aches and pains. I think that intellectually he knew this would happen but when faced with it he found it a little difficult to wrap his head around. Looking forward to the next chapter.

Imagine my joy when I saw an update for DC. I like the little twist with the journals and note. I was surprised how rationally Sasuke reacted after he took out some of his anger on the training room. I guess that comes from his bond with Naruto. If can calm and balance Naruto then Naruto can probably do the same for him. I just hope Tsunade puts some speed to the investigation or she's libel to have a pissed off raven and fox on her her hands. Looking forward to the next chappter.

I would like to take one more moment of your time to tell you how much I,as a reader, appreciate you sharing your story. You have put tremendous time,effort,and imagination into this story. Not only do you write this in what spare time you have from RL but you do it,not for money,but simple acknowledgment from the reader of a connection to the story. So I hope your not too discouraged that this story doesn't have more hits or reviews-though it should because it's a really good story. Know that you have connected to this reader through your story.
