It is so wonderful to see an update on this story^^. I thoroughly enjoyed the chapter and it was worth the wait.
Naruto's and Hinata's date was so sweet^_^. I think you did an admirable job of getting across Hinata's maturing. I adored the way you had her stand up for Naruto in that haughty Hyuga way.She never would have had the nerve before;probably would have stuttered herself senseless. And for her to actually wink at Naruto,to even suggest a bit of mischief would have had her fainting clean away before.
I also liked how Naruto seemed more balanced now that he has accepted the changes going on in him. I guess the balance also has to do with him finding and accepting Sasuke and Hinata and them accepting him in retun. I'm looking forward to the next chapter.

An entirely charming first date for Naruto and Hinata!

Awesome! The action is really picking up. I'm anticipating finding out who's after the Hyuga's and for what purposes. This was a nice twist to the story. And to comment on your last chapter,I think you wrote Naruto convincingly menacing in those scenes where his darker half was in control. I will admit to being totally sucked into the scene where Naruto claimed Sasuke as his beta. It,like the rest of your story,was extremely well written. I look forward to the upcoming chapters as you explore more of Neji's and Naruto's struggles with balancing their instincts and their humanity. Hopefully we'll be getting a hint of who might Neji might be interested in or vice-versa^_^.

Really great writing on the scene with Sasuke, the two Narutos and Kyu. Clear and dramatic!

I liked this chapter. It was kind of a transition chapter to move the story along. Everyone is moving towards a new level. Sasuke has been re-established as a ninja;Naruto is more in control of Kyuubi as is Neji of his swan,helping their relationship return to a more normal state.
Naruto's warning to Sasuke was scary/creepy but he deserved it for what he put them through. I'm glad he recognized that he can't screw up this last chance. Looking forward to the next chapter.

I was pretty jazzed to see this update. It's been a while but I guess good things take time^_^.
You really did a good job getting across Naruto's feelings. It's sad that he would pick his birthday as the one day to let all his feelings of sadness overcome him but understandable.
I thought it was nice that Sasuke and Sakura are learning how to be there for him and show him he has friends. Also, that scene with Hinata just made me want to give him a big hug.
I like how you're building his and Hinata's relationship. The little nuzzling/cuddling moment at the end was cute. It showed how he's able to exert more control over his instincts than before. Looking forward to the next chapter.
