Well if you are ok, but I think to understand it all it would be good to at least have two chapters more, to see how naruto is until the babies birth, then there birth, and maybe a little epilogue to show how everything goes from there(since it is a weird situation having three fathers and what will naruto do after having them(besides taking care of them)

Itachi is clever.....he knows more than he let's on. He does not trust
Sakura that is clear. Just wanted to mention a flaw in this chapter.
You explained in the previous chapter why Naruto had the pills, so
why did Itachi say he did not understand Narutos' desire to since he
was an orphan. If I remember correctly his reason's were choice, and
love. Which, he explained to both brothers.
